JEWELERS OF AMERICA ANNOUNCE DESIGN COMPETITION AWARDS

(Clinton, AR) Faye Rodgers of Faye’s Diamond Mine in Clinton, AR received the Buyers Choice First Place Award in the recent National Jewelers of America Design Competition. The competition for affiliates was held recently in New York, NY. Faye’s entry was a necklace in 14-karat white gold with diamonds in micropave geometric design.

This same piece of jewelry was Convention’s Choice and first place winner in CARAT Award competition at the recent Arkansas Jewelers Association annual convention in Little Rock, AR. Three jewelry designs by Faye and her daughter Lori Blagg also won first place awards at the Arkansas convention—a “clean sweep” of three (3) entries in the “Creative Achievement Recognizing Arkansas Talent” (CARAT) Award along with Convention Choice.

Other previous honors and awards for Faye’s Diamond Mine include being voted “Arkansas Jeweler of the Year” and “Best Place to Buy Jewelry in North Central Arkansas”.
