Lori has won 4 design awards and is a Graduate Gemologist and Appraiser. Faye and Lori travel to Antwerp, Belgium each year to hand select the best quality diamonds at reasonable prices. The connection between a retail store and the community upon which it relies must be strong. And being a part of the community is one reason for the success of Faye's. Faye moved to Clinton in 1961 and had been active in the community since. Faye and her daughter Lori believe in the importance of treating their customers with honesty and respect. Faye's Diamond Mine was voted by the readers of the Arkansas Democrat Gazette as the "Best Jewelry Store in North Central Arkansas". We are exclusive members of the two largest jewelry buying groups in the United States. These groups only allow one jeweler per town and only those that have superior credit ratings. |
| We have a working relationship with five Antwerp Diamond cutters - one of which was interviewed by ABC "Good Morning America" as a cutter that was representative of the hundreds of diamond cutters and suppliers in Antwerp, "The Diamond Capital of the World". Another cutter is the largest supplier in the world for Ideal Cut Diamonds. |

| Faye, owner of Faye's Diamond Mine, was one of only about two dozen jewelers worldwide, who as guests of DeBeers, were allowed to go down in one of their premier Diamond mines in Kimberly, South Africa. It was a two mile deep, working mine that is owned and operated by DeBeers. |

| Lori has been awarded the highest industry honors by the Independent Jewelers Organization and the Gemological Institute of America.. In July of 1999, Lori Blagg at the semi-annual International Buying Show in Cincinnati was awarded the title of "Master Graduate Gemologist Appraiser". While in Cincinnati Lori had the opportunity to see the latest and finest jewelry styles of more than 140 top jewelry manufacturers and designers who displayed their merchandise. |
| Sandy our jeweler won the Arkansas Jewelers Association's C.A.R.A.T. Award presented for artistic design for jewelry at the Jewelers Association convention at Fairfield Bay in 1996. She won this award with a diamond Omega slide that she is wearing in the picture below. |
